Paper Submission Guidelines
- Paper Format:
- The paper must be prepared in the standard IEEE conference format. The templates for Microsoft Word and LaTeX can be downloaded from the IEEE Conference Template page.
- Papers should be written in English.
- Length:
- Full papers should not exceed 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Additional pages may be allowed on case-by-case basis.
- Paper Structure:
- Include an abstract (maximum 250 words), keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references.
- Ensure all figures and tables are clear and of high quality.
- Number of Authors
- Maximum of 3-4 authors are allowed
- Author Registration
- If the paper is accepted after the review then at least one author has to register and present the paper in the conference for the paper to be considered for publication
Submission Process
- Online Submission System:
- Authors must submit their papers through the official, Microsoft CMT Link. For paper submission go to the Submissions Page
- File Format:
- Submissions must be in DOC/DOCX format file.
- Multiple Submissions:
- If submitting multiple papers, each submission must be made separately.
Review Process
- Peer Review:
- All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Ensure that your paper does not contain any author-identifying information.
- Review Criteria:
- Submissions will be evaluated based on originality, relevance, technical content, clarity, and contribution to the field.
- Acceptance Notification:
- Authors will receive notification of acceptance, rejection, or required revisions by the given date.
Camera-Ready Submission
- Revisions:
- Authors of accepted papers must revise their manuscripts according to reviewers’ comments.
- Final Submission:
- Final CRC submissions must be in two formats a PDF file (IEEE PDFeXpress Certified) and a DOC/DOCX format file.
