IC3ET 2026 brings together authors, researchers, faculty, industry professionals, and students for two days of presentations and technical discussions at VCET, Vasai. Both authors and attendees are invited to register and be part of the conference on 9–10 February 2026.

Terms & Conditions:
- At least one author per paper is required to register for the paper to be included in the programme and submitted to IEEE Xplore.
- IEEE member discount is applicable only if the IEEE membership is active and a valid membership number is provided in the form.
- Registrations under the Student or Faculty category will be accepted only for full-time students or faculty who upload a valid institutional ID card showing their name and current status.
- One author registration covers only one paper; additional papers require separate registrations.
- Co-authors wishing to attend the conference must register separately as attendees/listeners.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Registration fees include a registration kit, meals (breakfast, lunch, and evening tea for both days), conference proceedings (soft copy), and a presentation/attendance certificate. All registrations include access to all technical sessions.
- Indian Authors/Attendees can make payments via Net Banking or UPI.
- Foreign Authors/Attendees can make payment via Credit Card or International Wire Transfer.

For Attendees
- Attendee registration is open to students and professionals.
- Complete the registration form, select your category, and proceed with payment.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is verified.
For Authors
- Author registration opens only after paper acceptance.
- Registration links and detailed instructions are emailed directly to the corresponding authors.
- One author must register and present for IEEE Xplore eligibility.
