Paper Submission Process
Authors are invited to submit their original research papers to the International Conference on Communication, Computing, and Emerging Technologies (IC3ET) through Microsoft CMT online submission system.
Acknowledgment: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth submission process:
- Prepare Your Manuscript:
- Ensure your manuscript is formatted according to the IEEE conference template .
- Convert your manuscript to DOC/DOCX format, ensuring it is IEEE Xplore compliant.
- The templates for Microsoft Word and LaTeX can be downloaded from the IEEE Conference Template page.
- Submit Your Paper:
- Visit the Microsoft CMT Submission Portal https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICCCET2026.
- If you are a first-time user, create an account by providing the required details.
- If you already have an account, log in with your credentials.
- Log in to the submission portal and navigate to the “Add New Submission” section.
- Select the appropriate track for your paper from the list of conference tracks.
- Upload your manuscript in DOC/DOCX format.
- Fill in the required metadata, including the title, abstract, and author details.
- Review your submission for accuracy before finalizing it.
- Visit the Microsoft CMT Submission Portal https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICCCET2026.
- Multiple Submissions:
- If you have multiple papers to submit, repeat the submission process for each paper separately.
- Submission Confirmation:
- Once your paper is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique submission ID. Please save this ID for future reference.
Review Process
- All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Ensure that your paper does not include any author-identifying information.
- Review the status of your submission by logging into the submission portal, for major updates email will be sent.
Paper Submission Deadline
- The deadline for paper submission is 5th November, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

- Ensure that your manuscript complies with all the guidelines outlined on the “Instructions to Authors” page.
- The submission portal will automatically check for formatting and compliance issues. Please address any errors before finalizing your submission.

Next Steps After Submission
- You can track the progress of your submission through the submission portal.
- Notification of paper acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding author by email.
- If your paper is accepted, you will receive further instructions for the camera-ready submission and registration process.
